Source Candidates We tap into our professional networks and use a number of public advertising platforms to ensure job vacancy exposure. Using a variety of sourcing platforms will enable us to find you the right candidate for the advertised position, and the right fit for your corporate culture. When sourcing candidates, we appeal to a diverse group of candidates and recruit based on organizational needs, corporate culture, and career potential for the candidate.
Screen and Shortlist Candidates After sourcing candidates we will screen all applications received. Our screening benchmarks will be based on the initial selection criteria that was developed in collaboration with you, the employer, including job-related skills, social skills, and candidate personality traits. As a result of screening applicants, we will create a shortlist or qualified candidates that we will pre-screen. Once candidates have been screened, pre-screened and shortlisted, we will provide you with candidate profiles and recommendations.
Interview Candidates and Conduct Reference Checks We work with you to interview candidates, create interview scorecards, and create interview questions that will help you learn more about each candidates skills and behaviours. In order to ensure a thorough and credible recruitment process, we will conduct reference checks for all interviewed candidates.
Extend and Negotiate Offer We will contact the successful candidate and extend an offer of employment. As an added service, we will contact all unsuccessful candidates and provide them with feedback and recommendations. In consultation with you we will negotiate offers and ensure both parties needs are met and reflected in the negotiations.
Onboard Orientation and training of new employees can be an onerous task, which is why we will work with you from the onset to create employment packages and training schedules for all new hires. We will create a streamlined process for all new hires by creating a 30-60-90 day transition plan, outlining corporate and departmental practices, structure, policies, procedures, and employee expectations, duties and responsibilities. In the on boarding process, we will welcome and prepare the candidate for their new position and will process all new hire paperwork as per corporate mandates.
